GetSchooled and the #WeBelongInCollege Campaign

The Student Experience Project has partnered with GetSchooled for the #WeBelongInCollege campaign, an effort to lift student voices and experiences by providing scholarship opportunities for students willing to share their college journey struggle. Student leaders at each SEP campus are encouraging their peers to share a story about a time when they questioned whether they belonged in college, how they overcame it (or are working through it), and any advice they have for other students. Sharing these stories is a powerful opportunity to shift public narrative about who belongs in college, inform decision-makers about student experience, and increase students’ sense of belonging in college by normalizing struggle. Students who share their stories are eligible to win a $1,000 scholarship.
